本次费用的增加，实际上是两年期“豁免政策”的结束与费用的常规性恢复所致。

The increase in costs is actually due to the end of the two-year "exemption policy" and the routine resumption of costs.

2024年4月1日的调整：

根据香港《2024-25财政预算案》，政府自2024年4月1日起，已将商业登记费上调200元，调整后每年为2200元。

Adjustments made on April 1, 2024:

Under Hong Kong's 2024-25 Budget Bill, the government has increased the business registration fee by HK$200 effective April 1, 2024, raising the annual fee to HK$2,200.

企业过渡期：

为缓解上涨商业登记费对企业业务运营的影响，香港政府宣布自2024年4月1日起，豁免由破产欠薪保障基金收取的150元商业登记征费，豁免期为两年。

Transition period of enterprise:

To ease the impact of the rising business registration fees on corporate operations, the Hong Kong government announced that starting April 1, 2024, the HKD 150 business registration fee collected by the Insolvency Wage Guarantee Fund will be waived for two years.

豁免期时间：

官方文件明确界定，此次征费豁免的“相关期间”为2024年4月1日至2026年3月31日。这意味着，这项为期两年的政策红利将在本月底正式结束。

Exemption period:

The official document clearly defines the 'relevant period' for this fee exemption as April 1, 2024 to March 31,2026. This means the two-year policy benefit will officially end by the end of this month.
